As tablespoons can be subjective, we always recommend customers to weigh their serving (if not every time, at least the first few times) so customers can gauge how heaped the tablespoon needs to be for the serving (please see below for your reference of how heaped the tablespoon needs to be). If you have measuring cups, it measures approximately 1/3 cup. We would always recommend using a scale if hitting the right gram of protein is of importance.
