What courier or parcel delivery firm do you use?

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your order:

United Kingdom

• Most UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

• Larger orders may be shipped with DPD.

• Orders placed before 2pm EST on a working day will be dispatched the following working day.

Europe

• Depending on the destination country and size of the order, we usually ship using either Skynet or DPD.

United States

• US orders are shipped using FedEx Ground or DHL, depending on your location.

• A tracked service is used, and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• For APO/DPO/FPO addresses, we use USPS Ground Advantage (Stamps).

   

• Orders received after 2pm EST (working day) will ship within 2 working days.
