We chose to include DHA in Multi due to its key role in supporting brain health, and because it can be more challenging for those on a vegan diet to get enough of it. While DHA and EPA are often paired, it came down to a practical formulation decision. There’s limited space in each capsule, and we prioritised nutrients typically lacking in a plant-based diet. EPA is commonly found in liquid form and is more relevant in standalone omega-3 supplements rather than in a daily multivitamin like Multi.
