Yes, we do! Our referral program is a simple way to share the benefits of Form with your friends, and get rewarded for it.

Here’s how it works:

• When you refer a friend, they’ll receive £10 / $10 off their first order.

To get started, you’ll need to have an account with us.

To access your referral link:

1. Log in to your Form account. (Please create an account if you don't have one already)

2. Go to the ‘Refer a Friend’ section from the left-hand menu.

3. Copy your unique referral link or use the share buttons to spread the word.

You’ll be notified by email when a friend places an order using your link. Your discount code will either be emailed to you or automatically applied if you’re on a subscription. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, so share away!
